We repair and maintain products that cannot be solved by the customer.

　Check a Reception Slip

Make sure that the product received for repair or maintenance matches the reception slip.

　Repair & Maintenance

We will repair the product（audio equipment, latest home appliances, seasonal home appliances, etc.） inquired by the customer.

　Diagnosis & Inspection

Perform the final diagnosis and inspection of the finished product.

　Delivery

Pack it tightly and return it to the customer.

　We also accept house calls and on location repair services.

For home appliances in your home that cannot be shipped to us, we provide house calls and on location repair services as we run a designated field service store.
